3A Regional Semi-Final Volleyball from Thursday October 25th

Two of the three state-ranked 3A volleyball teams in the KIWA listening area advanced to the Regional Finals next Tuesday evening.  The lone exception was #5 Unity Christian, who fell 3-1 to #3 MOC-Floyd Valley in a semi-final match heard on KIWA-FM Thursday evening.  The other ranked team, #4 Sioux Center, downed Sergeant Bluff-Luton in 3 straight games to advance to the finals.  Here’s how things turned out in Region 1……………..

At Orange City-(MOC-FV):  #3 MOC-FV 25-25-21-25, #5 Unity Christian 23-21-25-19

Final Round Tuesday October 30th at Spencer for a trip to the State Tournament:
