The Dordt College Defender and Northwestern College Red Raider Volleyball teams each posted wins in GPAC volleyball action Wednesday night.
Dordt College pounded out 35 kills in a three set win over Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell, South Dakota. Dordt won by set scores of 25-18, 25-16, 25-21.
Northwestern defeated Morningside 3-2 in the GPAC volleyball opener for both teams from Orange City. Individual set scores were 25-11, 25-18, 21-25, 18-25, 15-13.
Dordt is 11-3 and 2-0 in the GPAC while Dakota Wesleyan is 3-11 and 0-1. Dordt will host Mayville State on Friday night in non-conference play.
The Red Raiders grab their fifth straight win to improve to 11-3 while Morningside drops to 9-5.
