Li’l Orab Wrestling Club Participates in AAU Kid’s State And AAU Super Pee Wee State

The Li’l Orab Wrestling Club is starting to wind down there season by participation in the AAU Kid’s State Wrestling Tournament & the AAU Super Pee Wee State Wrestling Tournament.

The Kid’s State Tournament was held in Des Moines on February 23 & 24 at Wells Fargo Arena. Participants had to qualify at the district tournament which was held in Spencer on February 3rd. Those qualifying were:









Front Row – Cason Johannes, Mason Warnke & Dylan Strouth. Back Row: Ryan Sterler, Luke Jenness & TK Lang.

Luke Jenness was able to make it in to the final rounds on Sunday. Luke placed 4th in the 5th & 6th Grade Division, 120# weight class. He is the son of Luke & Rosie Jenness of Primghar.












The Super Pee Wee Tournament will be held on March 2 & 3rd at Young Arena in Waterloo. The Li’l Orabs have 16 wrestlers who will be hitting the mat in the K-2nd grade event.┬áThose participating will be
