Northwestern Baseball Team Comes Up Short In 14-Inning Tournament Tilt

Northwestern logoOklahoma City, OK –┬áThe Northwestern Red Raider Baseball Team lost a heart-breaking opening round tournament game Thursday morning to Jamestown College in a game played in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The 14-inning contest went to Jamestown by a final tally of 8-5. Jamestown got their 8 runs off 16 hits, and 3 errors, while the Red Raiders came away with 5 runs on 12 hits and 1 error.

Northwestern will next play Friday morning at 11:00 in an elimination round game against either Sterling or USAO, in the double-elimination tournament.
