Orab Youth Flag Football League Set for the Fall

Sheldon Orabs 2Sheldon Iowa — A new program for 3rd and 4th grade footballers is set to launch this fall in Sheldon.

That’s Orab head football coach Tyler Lloyd. The new program is not designed to compete against the highly successful Lil Orab Program. It’s designed to be a companion program.

The focus is of the league is about exposing youth to football and increasing numbers.

We asked the coach about when the youth tail football program will begin and what it will involve.

Cost for the program is $25 dollars and entry forms can be dropped off at the office of East Elementary, the Sheldon Middle School or the Sheldon High School. The registration deadline is Thursday August 4th to hold a spot and a T-shirt.
