Former Sheldon Orab volleyball standout Rachel Ihnen has earned Minnesota College Athletic Conference hitter of the week honors. Ihnen a 5’9 sophomore at Riverland in Austin Minnesota pounded 50 kills averaging 5 per game last week including 25 in a 3-1 win over St Cloud.
Ihnen hit .436 during the four sets with a .688 attack percentage in the St. Could match.
