Rafael Sanchez to Continue Soccer Career at Northwestern
Date posted - April 24, 2013
Sanchez, who will also play football for the Red Raiders, plans to major in accounting at Northwestern. He is the son of Gumaro and Maria. Sanchez will be joining his brother Leo on the men’s soccer team and has been a two-year starter at the central midfield position for MOC-FV high School.
“We are excited that Rafael has chosen to attend Northwestern College this fall,” said head coach Dan Swier. “He comes from a great family and is familiar with the program because his brother Leo plays soccer here as well. We are looking forward to the contributions he will make during his time here.”
