The 27th Annual Northwest Iowa Community College Foundation Golf Classic was held on Monday, June 4, 2012, at the Landsmeer Golf Club in Orange City. The following teams placed in the Four-Person Best Ball Tournament:
First:
Ken Hengeveld, Sheldon
Joel Hengeveld, Sheldon
Scott Wynja, Sheldon
Duane Muecke, Sheldon
Second:
David Perkins, Hospers
Steve Joyce, Sioux City
Devon Dembinski, Orange City
First place team with at least two over 65:
Bob Hoogeveen, Sheldon
John Vander Sluis, Sheldon
Dave Sieperda, Rock Rapids
Dixon Granstra, Sheldon
First place team with at least two women:
Rich Rikkers, Sioux Center
Karri Faber, Sioux Center
Carl Rolf, Lawrence, KS
Dorothy Rolf, Lawrence, KS
Net proceeds from the tournament were $13,000, which will provide scholarship opportunities for NCC students.
