Sheldon Orab Quinn Groff Selected For State All Star Cross Country Meet

The Iowa Association of Track Coaches has honored Sheldon Orab Cross Country Runner Quinn Groff with an invitation to compete at the Senior All-Star Meet.
The meet will be held in Ankeny on the Des Moines Area Community College campus. Events get underway on Saturday, November 3, beginning at 11:50 with the Introductions and meet pictures. Following Introductions the “Open” 5K race will begin.
Prior to the All Star Meet Quinn will run in the State Class 2A Boy’s Cross Country Meet at Fort Dodge.
