Unity’s Trevor Kauk to Join Dordt Basketball Program

Trevor Kauk, a senior at Unity Christian High School has announced his intention to attend Dordt College and join the Defender basketball program.
Kauk averaged 8.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.1 steals per game as a junior. Kauk is listed as a 6-6 forward/guard. During his high school career Kauk has earned letters in track and cross country along with basketball and was a part of two state-qualifying cross country teams.
““Trevor is a very athletic and gifted player who will fit in well with our system. He is versatile in that he can defend multiple positions on the floor and has a knack for scoring the ball on the offensive end,” said Dordt College coach Ross Douma. “Trevor possesses a great deal of potential. We are excited to see him develop this potential during his time with us.”
Trevor is the son of Mark Kauk of Orange City, Iowa. He plans to study math at Dordt College.
