The Board of Supervisors met as per adjournment in regular session at 9:00 a.m. with all members present.

Moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by Steensma to approve the proceedings of September 2, 2014. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Farnsworth, seconded by Steensma to accept the bid of B & J Builders for the roof over the dome on the courthouse at $17,290.00. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Farnsworth, seconded by McDowell to accept the quote of Andrews Security for electronic locks on the courthouse doors at $4,720.00 and to approve the downpayment of $2,360. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Farnsworth, seconded by Steensma to set the public hearing and first reading for amendment No. 1 to the O’Brien County Wind Ordinance No. 22 on September 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. If the amendment is approved on September 30, 2014 the second reading will be held on October 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Motion carried by all ayes.

Moved by Friedrichsen, seconded by Farnsworth to approve the Fiscal 2014 County Urban Renewal report. Motion carried by all ayes.
