UPDATE: Sheldon Burglary Suspect Pleas “Not Guilty”

UPDATE: Primghar, Iowa — Dates have now been set in the case of a Sheldon woman who is charged with 1st Degree Burglary and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

Court records say 20-year old Kathryn Carroll has filed a plea of “not guilty.” They also state that her pretrial conference is set for January 11th, 2018 and her trial is scheduled at this point for January 23rd, 2018.

Registration For Sheldon STEM Fest Opens Sunday

Sheldon, Iowa — Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math — known by the acronym “STEM” — has been a hot topic in recent years. Twice each year, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach has been partnering with area colleges to hold a “STEM Fest” for area youth. And it’s time for another one — at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon.
