Back Door Politics?

It looks like the current administration is going to have a really tough time to get any kind of gun control passed in the country. (or is he?) Is the administration looking at another possible way to keep the populace in control? The president and others have been on a campaign trail to let the people of the United States know that they(he and his administration) really don’t want an armed citizen. I think they have abandoned the conventional path, and have opted for a more subtle way. Here is why:
1st.. The administration backs and supports the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. Sounds like a good deal right? You should read it. http://www.un.org/disarmament/ATT/docs/Draft_ATT_text_27_Mar_2013-E.pdf
Supposedly this treaty will not control the domestic use of weapons in any country, but it will require countries that ratify it to establish national regulations to control the transfer of conventional arms, parts and components and to regulate arms brokers.” That, my friend, is call “gun registration”. Glock, Heckler & Koch (HK), Fabrique Nationale (FN), Steyr, IMI, and many other manufacturers of common handguns, rifles, and shotguns are international manufacturers. Check out Article 11 and 12 of the treaty. It asks that members maintain records of conventional arms transferred to their territory, and to include in those records (among other things) model/type of arm and the end user’s information. These records are to be kept for a minimum of ten years. This applies to “small arms” acquired from an international source such as the above-listed. Even if you don’t recognize the other names on the list, you have to see that the Glock is one of the most common handgun models in the entire world today, and this treaty is asking for its participants to record and report purchasers of these guns to the UN. This isn’t even going into the fact that the treaty has no enforcement plan other than self-regulation. In other words, the good guys will obey and get tracked by the UN, and the bad guys won’t. Now I think we are getting at the heart of why the Obama administration pushed this so hard. Before they can confiscate all the guns they first have to know where they all are. What Obama can not get passed through US law he will try to sneek in the back door through a UN treaty.
2nd…Colorado, and apparently Texas (next) are being targeted with an attempt to set up a federal authority framework that will enable Secret Service agents (not just those guarding the president), and others of the U.S. Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians and specialists, and other ‘special officers’, to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law (or anyone breaking the law). The bills being introduced defines law as including any rule, regulation, EXECUTIVE ORDER, court order, statute or constitutional provision. It would establish federal authority police powers in a State, enabling an enforcement arm reporting directly to the president ( called the Secret Service, is this a new branch similar to Saddam’s Republican Guard, remember him?). Why is he pushing this? http://12160.info/page/federal-framework-being-set-up-to-arrest-sheriffs
Sure, there is a struggle over language and wording… but you know that there are agenda’s out there that include restricting arms (or ammo, which brings up a whole new point, why can’t you find any ammo on the shelves any more?) to the American people.. ANY WAY THEY CAN.. FRONT DOOR OR BACK DOOR… This president wants control of the United States people. He wants a complete gov’t controlled society. So watch your back…Is he coming after your 2nd amendment rights? (or your 1st, or 3rd,4th….) Does he know that an armed society will stop a complete gov’t takeover? What better way to control a society than to take its ability away to protect themselves and their rights.
