I see it everyday – people waiting for cars while waiting to cross the street at a crosswalk. Today, I was pushing someone in a wheelchair. I approached the crosswalk and seen a car coming and it was obvious they were not going to stop. Where I work, we have many individuals crossing the street using crosswalks and it just amazes me how many people in their vehicles do not stop to let them cross.
