Pedestrian stop light needed at Washington Ave in Sheldon

I think we need a pedestrian stop light at Washington Ave.

The school kids get out and walk up toward Washington, and there is a four way stop at 5th St. But the kids cross anywhere that they think there are no close cars coming. they cross at 5th St. sometimes going up to 6th St. jay walking across Washington near the Church, I think they need a designated pedestrian cross walk. So they can push the button and traffic stops. Perhaps someone from the school to guard there so the kids don’t abuse it.

Somebody’s child is going to get hurt on that area of Washington. And some of these grade school kids are pretty young walking through there, or riding their bikes across the street in that area.
