SUMMARY:Osceola Community Hospital Auxiliary 4th Annual Home & Garden Plant Sale Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:The Osceola Community Hospital Auxiliary will be holding their 4th Annual Home & Garden Plant Sale Fundraiser. \nThe plant sale will be held on Thursday\, May 9 from 3-8 p.m. and on Friday\, May 10 from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. on the hospital parking lot.  \nAnyone wanting to donate healthy plants may bring them to the hospital parking lot on Thursday\, May 9 between 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. (prior to the sale). \nGrilled brats and hot dogs\, chips\, water and dessert will be served from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Friday\, May 10 for a free will donation.  \nThe Auxiliary uses all money raised to provide support and purchase items to enhance patient care at the Osceola Community Hospital. This year the proceeds from the plant sale will go towards updating the family waiting room furniture.

SUMMARY:Special Election Absentee Ballots Available
DESCRIPTION:O’Brien County has absentee ballots in for the May 21st special election in Sheldon. If individuals want to vote absentee\, they are ready.  They will put an absentee ballot request form on the county website. \nThis Friday is the deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail.  They must have the request in by 5:00 pm on May 10th. Individuals can still come to the O’Brien County office and vote until 5:00 pm Monday\, May 20th. \nFor more information\, please call the Sheldon City Office at 712-324-4651.
