DESCRIPTION:Looking to learn more about CPR? Just starting out? An experienced Provider? This class will go through the steps of scene safety and assessment\, CPR\, AED\, and team work. CPR can be a daunting task\, but when the time comes for you to perform\, will you be ready? \nThis certification level was formerly known as Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association. The AHA no longer offers a renewal course for the BLS or Healthcare Provider level. This level of training is required for all EMS providers and many nurses\, firefighters\, law enforcement\, and other healthcare professionals. Topics include: adult\, child\, and infant CPR according to the revised 2015 American Heart Association standards. Mix well and serve! An Evening of Piano with Jason Farnham delights audiences around the U.S. again and again. Fans have affectionately dubbed him “Schroeder” from The Peanuts because of his toy piano\, his witty Victor-Borge style piano comedy antics and the clever way he interacts with the audience. \nThe variety includes contemporary romantic piano\, jass\, bossa nova\, blues\, stride piano\, and classical with a modern twist! Jason is always looking for an interesting spin on the status quo\, a way to take a classic and turn it on its ear! \nThe public is invited to come out to the Sheldon High School on Tuesday\, November 26th at 7:30 pm as the Civic Music Association hosts Jason Farnham and an evening of piano with a twist! \nThis is the 40th concert series coordinated by the Sheldon Civic Music Association\, a nonprofit group organized to promote fine music in Northwest Iowa.
