SUMMARY:Osceola Regional Health Center Blood Drive
DESCRIPTION:Community Blood Bank and Osceola Regional Health Center will host a community blood drive Wednesday\, May 22 between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Donors can schedule a donation time by calling Osceola Regional Health Center at 712-754-5358. Those donating blood will receive a $10 Kwik Trip gift card as a thank you gift. All blood donations will stay local for local use with all blood types in immediate need.      \nDonors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with a signed parent consent form)\, weigh 110 lbs or more and be in good general health. It is recommended that a person eat and drink plenty of fluids prior to donating blood. Please bring an ID with you at the time of donation. For more information log onto www.cbblifeblood.org\, call Community Blood Bank at 605-331-3222. Community Blood Bank is only blood provider to Madison Regional Health and all other area hospitals.

The life you safe maybe someone you know. \nTo make an appointment\, please call the Osceola Regional Health Center to make an appointment at 712-754-5358. All donors must be at least 16-years-old\, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. You are allowed to donate blood every 56 days. \nThe blood drive will be open from 9:00 a.m. to noon and then take a lunch break\, before reopening at 1:30 p.m. before closting at 4:30 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:The week of May 20 is National Emergency Medical Services Week. The Sheldon Community Ambulence Team (SCAT) will be holding its annual supper fundraiser on Wednesday\, May 22 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Crossroads Pavillion. \nSCAT will be serving taverns\, coney dogs\, and hot dogs with potato salad\, stawberry fluff\, a homemade desert treat and a drink. A freewill offering will be taken for SCAT and will be directed twoard full body splints to have in the SCAT smbulances..
