This exhibit is interactive for all ages. \nMeasure your height against plants and roots\, identify some common plants and learn their medicinal uses\, learn about the history of the bison and the suppression of the Plains Indians\, the role of fire in prairie management\, and more!

DESCRIPTION:There will be a Blood Drive Wednesday\, May 28th\, at the Osceola Regional Health Center. \nThe Blood Drive will open at 9:00 a.m. and run to 12:00 p.m. After lunch\, the Blood Drive will reopen from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. \nYou must be at least 17 years old\, or 16 years old with a signed partent\, or legal gardian consent form\, and weigh at least 110 pounds. \nYou must also be in good general health (you cannot have a cold\, fever\, flu\, or sore throat.) \nAlso be sure to eat a good meal prior to donating and drink plenty of water. \nPlease also bring a valid ID with you and you can safely donate every 56 days. \nCall 877-877-3070 for more information\, or log onto cbblifeblood.org.

DESCRIPTION:Sanford Sheldon Medical Center will host a blood drive on Wednesday\, May 28th\, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. \nDonors can schedule a donation time by logging onto cbblifeblood.org\, select “events”\, and May 28th\, or call 605-331-3222. \nAs a special thank you\, all who donate will receive a $15 Scooters gift card. \nDonors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with a signed parent consent form)\, weigh 110 lbs or more and be in good general health. It is recommended that a person eat and drink plenty of fluids prior to donating blood. Please bring an ID with you at the time of donation.
