SUMMARY:NCC Prospect Volleyball Camp
DESCRIPTION:Northwest Iowa Community College will host a Prospect Volleyball Camp on July 8th and 9th in the Lifelong Learning & Recreation Center on the Sheldon campus. \nThe camp is designed for high school student‑athletes in the graduating classes of 2027\, 2028\, and 2029 who want to develop their skills and experience collegiate‑level training. \nThe camp will be led by NCC Head Volleyball Coach Mark Kirlin\, with instruction from NCC’s coaching staff and current Thunder student‑athletes. Sessions will feature high‑intensity\, game‑like training\, including 6‑on‑6 drills and scrimmages\, geared toward experienced high school or club players preparing for the next level. \nCheck‑in begins at 3 p.m.\, with sessions running from 3:30 to 6 p.m. each day. The cost is $50 and includes a camp T‑shirt. Space is limited\, and early registration is encouraged. Participants may register online by July 1st. Walk‑ins are welcome\, though T‑shirt sizes are not guaranteed. \nCamp participants will also learn more about NCC’s new women’s volleyball program launching in Fall 2026 and what it means to be part of Thunder athletics.
