DESCRIPTION:Last year Early Childhood Iowa (ECI) held an event for a free backpack program and it was so well received and they are doing it again this year. ECI has over a thousand backpacks to give out to ANYONE who needs them. First come first serve. This includes preschools\, childcares\, at home childcares and Headstart programs!
