DESCRIPTION:Orange City Arts invites photography enthusiasts and aspiring shutterbugs to join “Photography Basics with Jerry Mennenga” on Saturday\, June 28th\, from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Stadscentrum in Orange City. \nThis hands-on workshop\, led by Siouxland-based photographer Jerry Mennenga\, will cover essential techniques in digital photography\, including composition\, lighting\, and camera settings—perfect for beginners\, or anyone looking to brush up on their skills. Please note: this workshop focuses exclusively on digital camera use (no phone photography). \nParticipants will have the opportunity to practice what they’ve learned by taking a series of photos and sharing their work with the group for discussion and feedback. \nThe workshop will take place on Saturday\, June 28th\, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Stadscentrum in Orange City at 101 2nd St NE\, Orange City\, IA 51041. It is open to participants ages 16 and up\, with a registration cost of $25.
