Orange City, Iowa — A Granville man hit a parked car in Orange City on Thursday, January 8th.
The Orange City Police Department reports that at about 8:54 pm, 57-year-old Dennis Ormond of Granville was backing a 2013 Chevy Silverado out of a parking lot on 6th Avenue in Orange City. According to the report, Ormond did not see a 2013 Hyundai Elantra sitting on the roadway unattended, ans struck the side of the Hyundai.
The Chevy received $1200 damage. The Hyundai received $1500 damage.
No injuries were reported
