Melvin, Iowa — A Melvin man was arrested Friday by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, on a felony charge.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old David Charles Nachtigal was arrested on a warrant for alleged Sex Offender Registration Violation, 2nd or Subsequent Offense, which is a Class D Felony.
Deputies say Nachtigal was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a bond of $5,000.00.
