Rock Valley, Iowa — A Boyden man’s semi-tractor was damaged after it struck a deer in the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 17th near Rock Valley.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 4:30 am, 53-year-old Bryan Watson of Boyden was driving a 2010 Peterbilt semi-tractor eastbound on Highway 18, two miles west of Rock Valley. According to the report, Watson struck a deer on the roadway.
The Peterbilt received $7500 damage.
No injuries were reported
