A semi turned over on Tuesday, February 16th, reportedly due to icy conditions.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that at about 7:00 am, 21-year-old Derek Van Wettering of Luverne, Minnesota was driving a 2007 Peterbilt semi, registered to New Vision Coop of Jeffers, Minnesota, eastbound on 100th Street. According to the report, Due to ice on the roadway the semi got onto the shoulder of the road where it then turned over on its side.
The Peterbilt received $20,000 damage.
No injuries were reported
