Sheldon, Iowa — A Sheldon man faces a felony narcotics charge following his arrest late Thursday afternoon in Sheldon.
According to O’Brien County Jail Arrest Records, 36-year-old Richard Allen Mattison is charged with 3rd 0r Subsequent Possession of a Controlled Substance, which is a Class D Felony, along with misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Online court records indicate Mattison was arrested late Thursday afternoon by Sheldon Police, and transported to the O’Brien County Jail in Primghar.
Those online court records also indicate that a Preliminary Hearing in the matter is scheduled for 9:00 am Tuesday November 26th in O’Brien County Magistrate Court.
