In the latest from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, 59-year-old Joel Michael Kruger of Sibley, IA, was found guilty of Harassment and Trespassing – both Simple Misdemeanors. For each charge, Kruger is to pay a fine of $250 plus surcharges and fees. In each conviction, Kruger is also sentenced to 30 days in the Osceola County Jail with all time suspended during a 2 year probation to the Magistrate Court. During this probation Kruger is to have no contact with the victim.
