Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, Sioux County will be hosting Discover 4-H STEM “Cloudy with a chance of…FUN!” on Saturday, January 23, 2016. The free meteorological event will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the ISU Extension and Outreach Office in Orange City and is open to Kindergarten through 4th grade students and their parents and/or guardians.

We talked to Sioux County ISU Extension kids specialist Danielle Zuidema, and she gives us a little background.

She says the event will also show kids what Discover 4-H is about, and tells us what kids and their parents can expect.

Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. Registration is required and can be done online by January 20, 2016 by clicking here or by calling the ISU Extension and Outreach office in Sioux County at 712-737-4230. Any questions can be directed to Danielle Zuidema at dzuidema@iastate.edu.
