Artic Blast On The Way, More Snow This Weekend?

Northwest Iowa — Colder temperatures have arrived in the region, and will only trend colder as the weekend arrives.

Colder air is arriving and it may bring multiple risks of snow through the upcoming weekend into early next week. Given cold temperatures, this snow could be very light and fluffy. Continue to monitor the forecast!
After overnight snow, we’ll be left with gusty winds and colder temperatures. Blowing snow may be an issue through the day on Thursday, but we should see some sunshine in the afternoon. Keep an eye out for light snow again Saturday and Sunday. Very fluffy snow could accumulate quickly as temperatures fall into the single digits. Arctic air aill persist well into next week.
