Benefit For Frannie Is Friday

Sheldon, Iowa — A benefit for a young Archer woman who was in an accident in May will be this Friday night.

One of the benefit’s organizers, Renee Sterler, says that Francesca “Frannie” Feekes was working as an intern at Archer Coop Grain, and was injured when she became entangled in a PTO shaft on a tender truck at the co-op.

Sterler tells us about the supper.

She says the benefit is this Friday night from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Sheldon Eagles Club on Highway 18.

Sterler says people have been generous giving to Feekes’s auction.

According to Sterler, planning the benefit has been a joint effort.

Again the pulled pork supper and auction will be this Friday night from 5 to 8 at the Sheldon Eagles Club on Highway 18. If you need more information or to donate, contact Renee Sterler at 712-348-1935 or Bethany DeBoer at 712-631-9626.
