Sheldon, Iowa – The Crossroads Pavilion Board will meet on Wednesday evening (June 14th) at 6:00 p.m. in the SCDC Conference Room at the Sheldon Community Services Center.
On the schedule for discussion and approval consideration are electrical upgrades, the fire alarm maintenance agreement and automatic building controls fire alarm monitoring system, as well as the security system bid and the possible need for additional concrete south of the dumpster.
The Crossroads Pavilion Board will discuss event center room names, the logo for the Crossroads Pavilion, and website costs and monthly fees, and consider these items for approval. They will also discuss and consider for approval the bar point of sale system, package options and cleaning checklist, the availability of the event center on holidays as well as regular business hours at the event center, the use of the event center for SCDC and school events along with cleaning fees associated with SCDC and School use of the event center.
Wednesday evening’s meeting of the Crossroads Pavilion Board will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the SCDC Conference Room at the Sheldon Community Services Center.
