Hull, Iowa — The Hull man who serves this area in the United States Congress has been sworn in for his new term and is ready to get to work.
Congressman Randy Feenstra, a Republican from Hull, issued a statement after he was formally sworn in to serve Iowa’s 4th Congressional District for a third term in Congress:
“Today, I took the oath of office to serve our families, farmers, businesses, and rural communities during the 119th Congress and enact President Trump’s America First agenda. It is the honor of a lifetime to represent my home state and advocate for our shared Iowa values in our nation’s capital. Like I pledged when I first ran for Congress, I will work to secure our border, cut wasteful spending, and deliver conservative results for Iowa.”
Feenstra has begun his third two-year term in Congress. Before being elected to Congress in 2020 to replace Steve King, Feenstra had been an Iowa State Senator since 2009. Before that, he served two years as the Treasurer of Sioux County.
