Northwest Iowa — In-person voting continues at your county auditor’s office in your county’s county seat until closing time on the day before election day, Monday, November 4th.

The auditors’ offices are open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. A number of county auditors’ offices are planning to be open this coming Saturday, November 2nd, to facilitate early voting.

The November General Election is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  Polls will be open from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

It is too late to request a ballot to vote by mail.

It is also too late to pre-register. If you are not registered to vote or need to change your registration because you moved, you can do that at the polls, but plan on this taking extra time because paperwork needs to be filled out. Contact your auditor’s office to make sure you have the right information with you if you need to update your registration.
