Sheldon, Iowa — If you were a volunteer firefighter, EMT, or first responder in Iowa in 2014, the Iowa Department of Revenue has a special gift for you — up to a $100 tax credit.
We spoke with Joel Westra from the accounting firm of Cain Ellsworth in Sheldon, and he tells us about the tax credit.
He says it’s as simple as providing the proper paperwork and asking for the credit.
