Des Moines, Iowa — Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds has announced appointments to Iowa’s boards and commissions. Four of the people appointed are from northwest Iowa.
Rock Valley Community School District Superintendent Chad Janzen has been named to the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
Premier Communications’ Chief Executive Officer Doug Boone of Sioux Center has been named to the Enhance Iowa Board.
Nancy McDowell, and Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation Executive Director Curt Strouth, both of Sheldon, have been named to the Iowa Workforce Development Board.
The appointments are subject to Senate confirmation.
