Sheldon, Iowa — A Sheldon motorsports dealership was recognized earlier this week, by Honda, for 50-years as a Honda dealer.
Kelly Jongerius of Glen’s Sport Center in Sheldon, tells us how he found out that Glen’s was receiving the recognition.
Jongerius tells us about the award.
He says this week’s award was the SECOND 50-year award the dealership has received from Honda.
He says his dad, Glen Jongerius, opened the business as a bicycle shop in the mid-60’s.
Jongerius says no business can survive 5 years, let alone 50, without the support of great customers.
Glen’s Sport Center not only sells Honda motorsports and power equipment, but several months ago was honored as the 14th oldest Kawasaki dealer in the United States.
