Hull, Iowa — An man living in Hull has been arrested on identity theft charges after he was wanted for failing to appear in court.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that they arrested 39-year-old Angel Ortiz‐Ramirez of Hull on Wednesday morning, February 11.
The arrest stemmed from an incident where he was arrested for outstanding arrest warrants for failing to appear in Court. Upon further investigation, it was found that Ortiz had allegedly been using someone else’s identity to gain employment at Formosa Foods of Hull.
In addition to the arrest warrants, Ortiz‐Ramirez was charged with identity theft.
