Pair Gauging Interest In “Shared Office Facility” In Sheldon

Sheldon, Iowa — A pair of entrepreneur businessman are investigating the potential of bringing a shared work space facility to Sheldon.

Mark Trego, along with his brother-in-law Chris Nuckols have been talking with Sheldon business people, city officials, and more to try and gauge the potential success of a shared work space facility in Sheldon. Trego tells us where the idea came from.

Trego says they started coming up with an idea of what such a facility would look like.

He says a space such as the one being proposed would allow a start-up business to avoid the expense of setting up their own individual office space.

We asked Trego what kind of response they had received when talking to Sheldon businesses about such a facility.

Trego says they’ve been all around town looking at what kind of existing facilities are available. He says they’d prefer to find a space downtown. He says they are open to any suggestions or ideas anybody has at this point.

He says this project would be a non-profit, so if it looks to be feasible and they can find a location, the next step would be to apply for grants to set up the site.

If you have any interest in utilizing such a facility, or just want to get more information, you can call Mark Trego at 612-201-6433 or email mtrego@gmail.com. Or you can contact Chris Nuckols at 712-577-1825 or by email at chris@regenerateconsulting.com.
