Public Hearings To Be Held Wednesday On Proposed Change In City And SCDC’s Relationship, Selling Lots For $1

Sheldon, Iowa — One of the items on the Sheldon City Council agenda this week is a public hearing about changing the relationship between the City of Sheldon and the Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation.

City Manager Sam Kooiker tells us about it.

He says there would be more benefits as well.

There are a number of other issues on the agenda for Wednesday’s meeting, including a proposal to sell seven single-family residential lots for one dollar apiece. There will be a public hearing on that, as well.
