Sheldon, Iowa — A few months ago we told you about a pair of entrepreneurs who were hoping to bring a shared work space facility to Sheldon. That goal is now becoming a reality.
Mark Trego says he and his brother-in-law Chris Nuckols have purchased a building in downtown Sheldon, and are moving toward setting up the shared office facility.
Trego says at this point the building is a blank slate, and can be built out to suit the needs of renters. He tells us how the idea was born.
He says there’s even a conference room that’s available now.
Trego says he and his partner envision various amenities being added to the facility.
