Sheldon United Fund Drive Needs Over $1500 Yet To Finish On Goal

Sheldon, Iowa– Donations to the 2024 Sheldon United Fund are still over $1500 short. But organizers hope year-end gifts will lift the total above the goal.

The drive continues through Tuesday. The goal this year is $30,000.

The fund drive is now 99% finished. The funds are at about 95% of the goal, at $28,368. Over $1,632 has yet to be raised. In the last week, donors gave $3,349.

Pledge cards and contributions to any or all of the organizations served by the Sheldon United Fund may be dropped off at four different locations this year: Citizens State Bank, Iowa State Bank, Security National Bank, or People’s Bank. Explanations of the organizations are also available at those locations. You can also mail donations to PO Box 41, Sheldon, Iowa 51201.
