United Fund Recognizes 2015 Corporate Partners

20161007_095307_resizedSheldon, Iowa — Representatives from 16 of the 21 businesses that partnered with the Sheldon United Fund in the 2015 fund drive were honored Friday (October 7th) morning during an appreciation coffee held in the Sheldon Community Services Center.

Alisha Schemper presented each business represented with a certificate of appreciation, thanking them for their part in the 2015 United Fund Drive.  Those recognized include:  Ag Processing; Cain-Ellsworth & Co.; Citizens State Bank; Sheldon Eagles Club; Hy-Vee; Iowa State Bank; Maintainer Corp.; Northwestern Bank; Northwest Iowa Community College; O’Brien County Implement; Peoples Bank; Perspective Insurance; Sanford Sheldon; Sheldon Community Schools; Sheldon Dental Clinic; Sheldon Vision Care; Village Northwest Unlimited; Vogel Paint & Glass; Wolff, Whorley, DeHoogh, and Schreurs; Iowa Information; and KIWA Radio.

Last year’s United Fund Drive surpassed the goal of $31-thousand, ending up with a total of $31,181.

The 2016 Sheldon United Fund Drive is now underway, with a goal, again this year, of $31-thousand dollars.  Donations can be dropped off at any of the four Sheldon banks.
