(IARN) — If you are a farmer, you probably have an opinion about the money that goes to the United Soybean Board (USB,) as a Checkoff paid by growers.
Ken Root, of the Iowa Broadcast Radio Network, spoke to the farmer-member who currently serves as chairman of the United Soybean Board. Root asked what the chairman thought of fake meat with soybean protein in it, among other things.
