West Lyon officials tell us that serving as interventionist, Reinking “provides research-based math interventions to eligible 5th-8th grade students.” They tell us he received his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Iowa in Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics. Reinking completed a Masters’ Degree in Educational Administration from Northwestern College in Orange City.
West Lyon says Mr. Reinking began his teaching career in the Sheldon Community Schools at the 4th grade level teaching math and he integrated technology into his lessons. He also served on the Building Leadership Team and the District Leadership Team. Reinking has served as a coach in basketball, golf, and track.
