Dordt University Launches New Online MBA Program

Sioux Center, Iowa — Dordt University in Sioux Center held a ribbon cutting Thursday morning to launch its Master’s in Business Administration program.

They tell us the program is 100% online and is designed to equip those called to service in the for-profit and nonprofit sector with the tools of stewardship, servant leadership, and discernment needed to achieve success in business administration management and leadership roles.

In her introductory remarks, Sioux Center Chamber CEO Barb Den Herder expressed her enthusiasm for the program.

MBA program Director Dr. Tim Klein reflects on the dark side of the business world, saying the MBA program at Dordt University will train business leaders to focus on their work differently.

Dordt University officials tell us the typical plan of study takes about two years to complete, with students taking one 7-week course at a time. Some opt for a slower pace, completing the program in four years.  The start date for the new online MBA program is August 27.
