Paullina Man Faces Felony Child Endangerment Charges

Paullina, Iowa — A Paullina man has been arrested on felony child endangerment charges.

According to a criminal complaint filed with the O’Brien County Clerk of Court’s Office by the Paullina Police Department, 32-year-old Cody Bucher of Paullina is accused of abusing a juvenile victim by assaulting the victim. He was arrested last week.

Bucher was charged with child endangerment causing serious injury, a class C felony. If convicted, he could face up to ten years in prison.

He faces a preliminary hearing on the charge on March 13th.

Bucher was booked into the O’Brien County Jail in Primghar, and was released the next day after posting bond.
