A Red Raider earns women’s soccer Player-of-the-Week honors

Sioux City, Iowa – A player from the Northwestern College Red Raider women’s soccer team has been named as a Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) women’s soccer Player-of-the-Week as announced by the league office Tuesday, Oct. 24th.

Peyton Anderson was this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women’s Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Anderson, a freshman from Buffalo, Minnesota, totaled 22 saves in a 2-0 start to conference play. She notched 11 saves in both games with an .815 save percentage.
