Carissa Bonnema (Sioux Center, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue her soccer career at Northwestern College next fall.
Bonnema has played three years for Unity Christian High School heading into her final season this spring. Bonnema totaled 14 points for the Knights as a sophomore, scoring four goals to go with six assists. She helped lead the Knights to a 14-6 overall record. Bonnema plans to study Psychology at Northwestern and is the daughter of Mark and Nancy.
“We are excited to have Carissa choose to continue her soccer career at Northwestern,” said Assistant Coach Macy Kuehler. “She is a skilled finisher who has good athleticism. We look forward to working with Carissa over the next four years.”
