Iowa City, Iowa — Iowa basketball coach Fran McCaffery says all coaches have been forced to adjust to the new landscape of college basketball.
The transfer portal has created what is essentially free agency and name, image, likeness legislation that is on the way could alter that even more.
McCaffery says it is still to be determined how the legislation might effect the transfer portal.
